The Independent Review Mechanism releases its 2020 Annual Report

The Independent Review Mechanism (IRM) of the African Development Bank Group has published its 2020 Annual Report. The report includes the results of the IRM’s complaints handling process, which consists of problem solving and compliance reviews. It also records the progress of its advisory work and the ongoing policy review process – which included the IRM’s first-ever online public consultation. The report also highlights various outreach activities and communication products, including a newly produced video.
