Tunisian opposition leader Ghannouchi in court on incitement charges
According to Rached Ghannouchi's lawyer, his client was targeted by charges related to remarks he made in early 2022 that had been interpreted as "inciting" Tunisians to kill each other. Following Tuesday’s (Feb. 21) hearing session, the judge ordered the release of the 81-year-old.
