President Ramaphosa deplores 'tragedy' during tour of deadly Johannesburg fire

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa visited Thursday (Aug. 31) the site of a Johannesburg fire that killed at least 74 people earlier in the day. The nighttime fire ripped through a five-storey building that had been used by homeless people and squatters.
